i recently stayed for a weekend trip and it exceeded my expectations compared to my last visit to dubai. the location was perfect and made exploring the city super easy. the staff were friendly and the room was clean, which made for a comfortable stay.

the air conditioning didn’t work well.

The rooftop pool was a nice spot to cool down, and the area is close to tons of restaurants and shops. Plus, the views from the upper floors are pretty amazing!

The whole wheat bread rolls were a delightful find, bursting with flavor! Plus, the cleaning staff really knew how to keep things looking fresh and tidy. Gotta give props to the lobby crew, too, they were super welcoming!

Parking was a hassle, with an added fee that was just a bummer. The rooftop scene was noisy till 4 am—definitely not the chill vibe I was hoping for. Plus, I faced some hiccups with the WiFi and room prep! Just wasn't my vibe.

The hotel offered a cozy stay with clean rooms and a good breakfast selection, though the nightlife noise from the nightclub was a bit disruptive. The location is excellent, near major metro stations and restaurants. The small rooftop pool closed too early at 5 PM, limiting its use.

The hotel offers budget-friendly accommodations which work well for our large family. We appreciated the warm service from the staff, especially Mr Belal and Mrs Darshika, who went out of their way to ensure our needs were met during our stay.

My kids wished for a quieter environment away from loud bar music at night.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sun And Sands Downtown. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff who assisted me promptly. Its close proximity to Rigga and Union metro stations made exploring the city so easy.

Convenient location, excellent amenities, I enjoyed the rooftop pool and the friendly service from the staff made my stay enjoyable, with a short 10-minute stroll to reach the nearby shopping mall.

Utterly satisfied.

The Standard King Room was pretty disappointing. The fridge worked, but there wasn’t a coffee table or proper lighting. The desk was dirty and the TV didn’t work. The curtains were all messed up and the windows had issues too. It felt like the room needed a good clean, especially the bathroom.
